LeRoy L. Lehman, 85, Linn, died Sunday, December 27, 2020 at the Washington County Hospital, Washington. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 30, from 3 until 8 p.m. at Ward Funeral Home in Linn. Masks are required for all services. A private funeral for immediate family will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, December 31 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Greenleaf. Burial will be in Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery. LeRoy was born March 19, 1935 at Goodland, Kansas to Herman and Christina (Boerger) Lehman. He was enlisted with the U. S. Army from 1957 to 1959 and active with the Army Reserves from 1959 to 1963. LeRoy worked as a mechanic since he was 14 years old around the Linn area and Kuhlmans. He enjoyed gardening, bowling, and keeping an eye on his neighbors. Preceding him in death were his parents, nine sisters, and four brothers. Survivors include his wife, Elfriede, Linn; sons, David Lehman, Donald (Jayne) Lehman, both of Linn, Daniel (Donna) Lehman, Topeka; and daughter, Deanna (Brad) Brunton, Topeka; three sisters, Louise Rahe, Hillsboro; Ruth Simnitt, Judy (John) Lotz, both of Topeka; one brother Bill (Cheryl) Lehman, Topeka; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
