Adam Casey Ingram, 53, Washington, died Monday, June 26, 2023. Casey was born in Albuquerque, NM to Billy and Betty (Montoya) Ingram on March 22, 1970. He graduated from Moriarty, NM high school and attended Hutchinson Community College. He worked as a ranch hand for many ranches, lastly Mid-Continent Farms in Washington. While traveling on the road, he met many notable individuals and he could sit for days and list the people he was fortunate enough to create connections with. Casey taught the young, learned from the elders and carried forth the knowledge. His work friends were more like family. He was united in marriage to Heather McBee on March 1, 1997 in Macon, MO. They were blessed with a daughter, Kylea. Casey liked being involved with 4-H and FFA in his youth. He would help with fair setups and tear downs and liked attending cattle shows. He was a very hardworking man. In his leisure time, he enjoyed everything Steelers, (watching or listening), spending time skiing in New Mexico at Christmas, golfing, watching softball games, playing pool, dancing and playing card games. Casey wasn’t a fan of being sprayed with a hose in the barn by his daughter on hot summer days. He enjoyed cooking and won the cooking contest at Junior Nationals one year. Casey enjoyed bringing a smile to others faces and was very onery. He had quite a grin. Preceding him in death was his father; grandparents; and other beloved family members. Survivors include his wife, Heather; mother, Betty Knorr; daughter, Kylea (William) Stone; and brother Herman Knorr; and many friends. The family is holding a celebration of life at his residence, 2270 Rainbow Road, Washington, on Saturday, July 15 at 2 p.m. A memorial fund is established and will be designated by the family. Contributions may be sent in care of Ward Funeral Home, Washington.
