Anna Marie Usher, 72, of Amarillo, TX, died November 23, 2018 at Hospice of the Southwest in Amarillo, TX.A graveside funeral service was held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, November 28 at Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery near Greenleaf, KS. Pastor Matthew Durance officiated.   Music was “How Great Thou Art,” “Beautiful Savior” and “Amazing Grace.” Pallbearers were Chris Yott, Zarek Yott, Ethan Zimmerman, Jeff Gustin, Ronnie Bierbaum  and Randy Bierbaum.Ann was born December 2, 1945 at Barnes, KS, to Lawrence and Vera (Cairns) Bierbaum.  She attended school in Marysville.  On April 23, 1965, she was united in marriage to Alvin Dean Zimmerman at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Washington.  He preceded her in death.  She later married Gary Usher at Bethlehem Lutheran Church near Greenleaf.After her marriage to Gary, they moved to Dalhart, TX, where they owned a steel business.  After their divorce, she moved to Amarillo and worked for Walmart and various jobs.  Ann liked to bowl and participate in bowling tournaments.  She was an animal lover of dogs and cats.Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Alvin; and brothers, Paul Bierbaum and Walter Bierbaum.Survivors include her children, Rodney Yott, Amarillo, TX, Allen Yott, Amarillo, TX, Brad Zimmerman, Houston, TX, Michael Zimmerman, Lubbock, TX and Valinda Bass, Amarillo, TX; brother, David Bierbaum, Dalhart, TX; sister, Betty Wiemers, Washington, KS; nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
