Clariece B Seachord

Clariece Seachord, 77, Washington, died Monday, April 10, 2006 at her home. She was born September 6, 1928 at Morrowville to John W. and Lillian (Eichman) Bertram. Clariece taught school, was a member of Kansas Teachers Assoc and NEA and loved gardening. On August 22, 1949 she was united in marriage to James R Seachord at Hays, KS. To this union two sons and a daughter were born. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Eileen Day. She is survived by her husband, James; daughter, Sheri McGhghy and husband Larry, Hampton, NE; two sons, Nicholas L Seachord, Washington, Alan L Seachord and wife Diana, Everett, WA; sisters, Doris Kolman, Washington, Lily Heina, Belleville, Wilma Dietrick, Lincoln, NE; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A memorial service and inurnment will be held for Clariece at a later date. Ward Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
