Harold Dean Coder

Harold Dean Coder,79, died March 18, 2006 at Mankato, KS. He was born on October 31, 1926 at Enosdale to Omar and Cora (Huffman) Coder. Dean was a machinist for an envelope manufacturing company. He married Sara Ann "Sally" Flury on November 15, 1953 at the United Methodist Church, Washington. She died May 25, 1975. He was also preceded in death by his parents; two daughters in infancy, Suzanne Kay and Sara Jane;two brothers, Earl Coder and Roy Coder; and two sisters, Shirley Wood and Opal Jones. Dean is survived by two sons, Dr. Kim Coder and wife Holly, Danielsville, GA, Daniel Coder and wife Lisa, Hanford CA; daughter, Melody Ann McCrory and husband John, Panama City, FL; sister, Alyce Park and husband Robert, McPherson, KS; and 7 grandchildren. Funeral Service for Dean will be held at 2:00 pm March 30, 2006 at the Ward Funeral Home in Washington. Pastor Phil Morris will officiate. Burial will be in the Washington City Cemetery. Visitation will be March 30, 2006, 9 am until service time. A memorial has been established to be designated by the family at a later time.
