MARJORIE WELLS WASHINGTON – Marjorie Rosetta Wells, 83, died at her home, Tuesday, November 15, 2005. She was born on April 19, 1922, in Waterville, thje daughter of Clarence and Nelle Ensign Bolejack. Marjorie was site manager for Meals on Wheels in Clay County. She was a member of the United Methodist Church and American Legion Auxiliary. Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents; and a daughter Nancy Lee Wells in infancy. She married Ralph Dale Wells on July 19, 1947 at the Parsonage in Waterville, KS. He survives. Marjorie is also survived by two sons, Phillip Wells and wife Marjorie, Newton, Michael Wells and wife Maureen, Manhattan; two daughters, Maribeth Brown and husband Samuel, Topeka, Kitty Jo Holland and husband Andrew, Broken Arrow, OK; a brother Charles Bolejack and wife Carolyn, Tucson, AZ; three sisters, Pauline Wells, Washington, Joyce Lamoreaux, Linn and Hope Rivers, Fort Collins, CO; 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Funeral Service was held Friday, November 18, 2005, at 2:00 pm at the United Methodist Church in Washington. Pastor Phil Morris officiated.
